Your Professional Evolution in Sales

Sorry ::: This Won't "Explode" Your Sales [Thankfully]

And, frankily, you should be hesitant to trust anyone who claims they can...

 

You will integrate the mind-sets, gain the organizing principles, acquire the skill, and open to the depth that will allow me to assist you in dissolving what has stopped you in the past, and provide you with structures and tools so that you can become an Evolutionary Professional. You will increase the ease in your body as well as your levels of fulfillment and general happiness.  You wiill lose no conversions--in fact, based on the numbers, this approach will increase both conversions and "stick rates" and attain new levels of sustainable sucess and fuflillement in your life for you personally.

And your prospect you work with in person will report [as mine all have] that they never "felt sold". And you will increase your professionally efficacy, elevate your reputation as a result of how you are serviing your clients, and you will be part of the solution in the marketplace, rather than more of the problem.

 

I know. Pretty words, right?


This is both a disclaimer, a wake up call, and a guideline for what is different about Evolutionary sales, what the marketplace is demanding--and it is also an invitation if you are serious about integrating this approach.


Here is the harsh truth :::


THE market place has shifted. And you best be prepared to provide the marketplace you find yourself in with the new breed of professional they expect. If you can not or will not, I suggest you get out of your field or plug along under the radar, head down--you can work in where you can hide out. Draw a questionable salary. See how that feels. Right. It will ache.

What they expect is the ANTI- Bernie Maddoff :::

You need to be at ease, open and quietly confident, but flexible. Transparent about your process. And expect to demonstrate all of that rather than just talk about it. And then be open to feedback from them about how they can be better served. You also need to be willing to walk away from the "deal" if it is not a fit.

But wait, there is more required of you :::

They want and need to experience truly feeling safe while you are guiding them to the closing of the formalities and the opening of the relationship. And "feeling safe" means they never detect you are under pressure or want to force anything in for statistics sake. You know what? They desserve it.

Your financial concerns should never enter into the sales process.

But even beyond that--you can become one of the increasing number of professionals who are integrating seeming disparate views--The spiritual principle of coming from service from the East and free market economics and effective psychology from the West. The professional who is living the integrated life; gaining wealth as a result of being in service and contributing to others.

Think about it--rationally dissolving a millenia old conflict in philosophy. And make more money. And sleep better?

 

Why This Won't "Explode" Your Sales

And why you should be hesitant to trust anyone who claims they can...

 

This will NOT assist you in having an ALMOST INSTANT STAMPEDE of clients CRUSHING YOUR DOOR DOWN WHILE YOUR PHONE RINGS OFF THE HOOK AND GOLDEN BOULLION begins to over flow from its source in your pants pockets. You will not instantly become more handsome and you will not have increased penis length, bra or cup size, either. World peace will also likely not arise from this...

Aren't you SICK of being manipulated with such little artistry? Such crude tools? Yeah--so are your prospects.  Why do you do it ON others? The clouds WILL NOT part. You will not hear the voice of God whispering your name to angels.

Some pople would say that I am SUPPOSED to claim instant, massive explosions in your results NOW..."if you BUY MY system of INFLUENCE and... the "Big Fat Claim" will come to be."

That's just effective infuence, right? Just good copy writing. Yeah?  Except that what those big names won't mention is that about 1% actually produce amazing HUGE results NOW. OMG, alert the press, etc.

Wanna know what happens to the rest? In realiity?

 

You sure?


Because they were told "anyone could do it with the SYSTEM" they bought, and when they stumbled [or crashed and burned] they use it as an opportunity to solidify self-doubt, shame, and embed their fundemental self esteem isues even further.

And the person selling the product does it to them by setting unrealistic expectations and then blaming you for not stepping up. And that is then the gateway to selling another "breakthrough to __________ " Or __________ Mastery." But Hey ::: It will sell more units. Even if it sets up the very internal conflicts and anxiety those big names claim to resolve.


And frankly, I am not going to insult your intelligence. I would rather tell you the truth, what you can realistically expect, and have you attain sustainable levels of increased results and fulfillment over time--but you get to keep it.

Sorry, no flash. No bling. No pyrotechnic display to distract you from the fact that there is no there there.

But also no set up for the shame game.


I know ::: not very sexy. Does not sell instant solutions [and you do not get the FREE BONUS UNICORN if you act now] based on your base emotions.

::: sex and fear.

But as many of you know, Evolutionary Sales is about opening a relationship.
Not closing a deal and moving on to the next town. No "One Night Stands".


You may be able to "SLAM A DEAL CLOSED". But go ahead and try to

"SLAM A RELATIONSHIP OPEN".

Exactly.

It fundementally breaks it. You can't do it. And that is just the beginning of the System of Evolutionary Sales. All conscious design principles to make sure no one is influenced UNLESS the ethical grounding of serving them is solidly present.

 

Elihu Root, the Great American Lawyer  once remarked :::

"...about half the practice of a decent lawyer consists in telling would-be clients that they are damned fools and should stop ... in order to bring much damned fool behavior to an end."


Haven't we had enough damned fool behavior?

Bursting "bubbles"? Unsubstantiated pipe dreams? Questionable investments? Solutions that make the problems worse that they were supposed to solve? Toxic debt and investments--investments in questionable tactics that many said were unsound from the beginning. Want more of all that stuff?    I don't.


It is time for a more reasoned, systematic, ethical, yet consistently evolving and sustainable approach WITHOUT sacrificing the results we depend on and in some cases our employers count on--desperately.


If that speaks to you. You're in the right place.

If you think it is all woo-woo, and that I am railing against the wisdom of the gurus and the market "is just about to turn" and we can keep on relating to clients and money and infliuence the same way we have been...

Go check something out on Youtube and keep vegging out. Or go to your happy place. Whatever.  You'll come back in 6 months or a year and wish you had started now. And I will shrug.

Years ago I predicted this shift. Evolutionary Sales was based on that foresight. I thought it would be slower, more "optional" but eventually necessary.  Now it is an emparative. The uncomfortable truth is--you may understand the entire program intellectually in one sitting. BUT it will take far longer to be behaving from it as second nature. And that may not be what you want to hear, but let me ask you :::

Do you think you can acquire and embody a whole new way of relating to sales and your clients over night? You can just as easily lose 100lbs in a week and expect to keep it off. Pretty silly, huh?

 

No overnight transformation of your entire career.

That's like trying to lose 100 pounds in a week and expect to keep it off.

 

BUT


AT THE SAME TIME, together we can and will take what normally takes serveral years on your own and assist you in accelerating that process so it only takes a few weeks or months. That, and quite often I can give you an idea that will flip the percentages with one little couterintutive tactic here and there. But that is not what we are going for.

What we are going for is to give you the foundation, then the emotional facilities and capacities, the grounding in service, and the system and flow, and once that is all established, then we fine-tune your existing sales and business processes.

Last, we teach influence.

What you need to understand though, is that Evolutionary Sales is just that good--any "influence" on the back end or "closing", or a sticky objection means there was a step you missed. You should be able to elegantly guide them in a liquid smooth way to their necessary solutions, not because you are good at manipulation--but because you are clearly coming from service.

The time, money and contractual formalities, become just that--formalities.

If you want to have me teach you how to influence "anyone at any time", I will decline. If you want to learn closing techniqes for the sake of "closing any prospect under any circumstances", I will likely decline. if you want to learn how to overcome any clients objections I will decline. The world is not served by teaching that. You are not served by lerarning that in the mid-term or long-term. And your prospective clients can smell it a mile away--leading to more ... um ... ickyness. No one is served.

BUT

If you want to learn a system so elegent that NONE of those strong arm tactics are needed--and you maintain or increase your conversion rates so long as you have the discipline to stick to the proven process--if you want be spiritual AND become wealthy as a result....and you want someone in partnership with you around that...

then I am here, and we will see to it, in partnership, you have it all. By "have it all" I mean, alignment with your spiritual principles, ethical and consistent wealth generation, sustainable levels of increased income, and greater emotional fulfillment.
